Diaspora Bloc
The Diaspora Bloc was formed to group the units that are based overseas. It is one of the two blocs that are mandated by the constitution, to allow locals and the diaspora to vote separately in elections for the Central Committee.
Turtle Island At-Large
This unit first met in October 2018. It was formed to accommodate Jamaicans living in the US and Canada.
Europe At-Large
This unit first met in April 2018. It was formed to accommodate Jamaicans living in Europe. Most persons were initially based in the UK and France.
Asia-Pacific At-Large
This unit first met in October 2021. It was formed to accommodate persons living in Asia. Most, but not all, persons who have joined this unit have been based in Japan.
